Working adults who want a clear record of what they’ve achieved, whatever their job or level. You need to be at least 18 to use it.

Winfolio is free during the private beta. There are no paid plans and we never ask for payment details. If paid plans are introduced, we’ll publish the prices before anyone is asked to pay.

Winfolio is in a private, invite-only beta. Press Request an invite, fill in the short form, and we’ll contact you about your place.

No. Winfolio runs in your web browser on computers, tablets and phones. Recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox all work.

Only you. Every record is locked to your account inside the database itself, not just hidden in the app. Uploaded files are private and open only through a link that expires after five minutes.

No. Winfolio isn’t connected to your employer and doesn’t share your records with them. Nothing leaves your account unless you export or share it yourself.

Your records are stored in London (UK). Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. The Privacy Policy explains who they are and why.

Only add information you’re allowed to keep, as your employer may have rules about this. Avoid customer records, trade secrets and anything you don’t have permission to use.

Yes. You can download everything you’ve added, or delete your whole account, at any time from Settings → Privacy & data.

Only what you choose to send, and only when you press an AI button such as “Write versions” or “Write summary”. Feedback you mark private is never sent.

It is instructed to use only what you wrote and to ask rather than guess. Winfolio checks every quotation against your word-for-word feedback and shows the source of each point. Even so, always read an AI draft before you share it.

Winfolio doesn’t train AI models on your records. Under the commercial terms of our AI provider, Anthropic, your data isn’t used to train its models.

Yes. You can switch AI off entirely in Settings → Preferences, and Settings → Privacy & data lists exactly what each feature sends.
