Using Winfolio
How do I switch AI off?
Go to Settings → Preferences. Settings → Privacy & data lists exactly what each feature sends.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Go to Settings → Privacy & data → Export your data. “Download everything” gives you every record as a JSON file; wins and feedback are also available as spreadsheets (CSV).
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. You confirm with your password and by typing DELETE. Your files, records and account are then permanently deleted.
Can I speak instead of typing?
Yes, in Chrome, Edge and Safari: press Dictate above a text box, speak, then press Stop dictating. Your browser turns the audio into text (Google does this for Chrome and Edge, Apple for Safari); Winfolio never receives or stores audio. The words go into the box for you to check — nothing is saved until you save. Firefox has no built-in speech recognition, so the button doesn’t appear there.
